How do I know the exact customs duty that will be charged?
Generally speaking there is no strait forward way to know the exact duty that will be levied. The customs department has the complete right to charge the amount that they want to depending on the value of the item and the category after scrutinizing the consignment. Please don’t worry. Our quotes will mention these details so that you are clear. Yes we do. We handle excess baggages, personal items and more with all India pick-up. We offer repacking if the original packing is not airworthy.

I am happy with your rates. But are there any hidden charges?
We know you dislike hidden charges and that’s precisely why we dislike it too. All the costs will be mentioned upfront to you in the quote provided by us. If there is any exclusion we will mention that too. Generally speaking all destination duties and taxes are not included and needs to be paid at actuals. Other expenses include payment gateway charges which will be mentioned at the time of check out.

What are classified as dangerous goods or hazardous material?
Dangerous goods or hazardous materials are those items that require additional packaging and or special handling and labeling to be moved internationally. These items may or may not be allowed to be shipped to the country that you want. Shipping dangerous goods is country specific. Even if the country allows the importation of a certain item the carrier or the courier service provider may not be licensed to handle dangerous/hazardous cargo.

How do I track my package?
It’s easy. Visit the tracking page on our website and enter the tracking number provided to get status of shipment. Please allow upto 24hrs after pick up for the shipping information to get updated. Our customer service team will also be tracking the movement and will keep you informed with periodic updates right from pick up till delivery, giving you complete peace of mind.
What are prohibited or restricted items?
The law does not permit the shipment of some items and such items are categorized as prohibited. For example antiques. Similarly some items are allowed to be shipped provided certain conditions are met. Such items come under the restricted category. For example shipping medicines from India to USA for personal use. Not all medicines are allowed to be sent and there are limitations in terms of quantity as well.
What is volumetric weight?
Volumetric weight also known as dimensional weight is a pricing technique that’s used in courier and commercial transportation which uses and estimated weight that is calculated from the length, width and height of package. Actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher is chargeable
Formula for calculating volumetric weight: Length x Width x Height (In CM) /5000
What are weights and size limits for packages?
For express courier the general weight and size limitations are as follows:
Maximum weight per piece 70Kg. Dimensions not exceeding 120 x 80 x 80 cm
Where are your services available?
We are conveniently located in Bangalore with office and warehouse in Mumbai. We offer pan India service with pickups at all metros, both home and office addresses. Our services are available across hundreds of Cities and towns in India. We cover over 17,000 pin codes in India.
Can I courier agricultural items like plants, seeds and soil ?
No. We do not support courier of these items in compliance with applicable local laws
Do you accept packages containing Ayurveda products or medicines?
Yes. However do note that these are restricted items and would require additional documentations and may incur additional expenses. Not all medicines can be sent.
